Point-in-Time Count: Stories Behind the Data

The CoC Marketing Committee gathered several stories from this year’s Point-in-Time Count to help highlight the people behind the numbers. These stories offer a brief glimpse into the challenges many individuals and families are facing, as well as the ongoing efforts across our community to support housing stability, recovery, and connection to care. Together, they remind us that behind every data point is a real person—and a network of organizations working every day to make a difference.
