Community Council is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization serving St. Charles, Lincoln and Warren Counties in Missouri. Your donation to Community Council helps us build the capacity of nonprofit and other human service providers through education, training, networking and resource sharing. In addition, Community Council's Fragile Families Initiative works collaboratively with organizations in our region to find solutions to homelessness, hunger and affordable housing issues.
