Meeting Room Changes. The biggest change is for Community Council Members that utilize the meeting space at the Spencer Road Library (formerly known as Community Commons). The St. Charles City-County Library has issued a new policy that took effect on 1/3/23. The library leadership has assured us that all Community Council Member reservations currently in the system through the end of 2023 will be honored. Both patrons of the library and members of Community Council will reserve rooms directly through the library. 

New Room Reservation System. THIS CHANGE AFFECTS ANYONE BOOKING A MEETING ROOM. Effective January 3, 2023, the St. Charles City-County Library will begin using a new room reservation system called Library Market. The new system requires a Library Card to complete reservations (in the old system, a Library card was not required).
