COAD works with the United Way of Greater St. Louis to provide access to information and resources in the event of a disaster. Through its 2-1-1 system, the United Way of Greater St. Louis connects people to the services they need using a 24-hour phone assistance line (dial 2-1-1) or online at the 2-1-1 website.
