Rent is $750 starting per month for shared rooms and $950 per month, utilities, wi-fi, laundry, access to TV, and more included. One-time $300 move in community fee required that is non-refundable but can be made into a payment plan. Unable to take housing vouchers. Couples may rent shared room but monthly rent is per bed, not per room. Unable to accommodate families, children, or pets at this time. |
